I am Riahn Lemberg, the founder of CleanAz Water Blasting, driven by a strong commitment to delivering high-quality exterior and commercial cleaning solutions across Auckland.

I started CleanAz because I saw a gap in how exterior cleaning is treated — usually as a one-off favour, rushed in around someone else's schedule. That works fine for the operator. It rarely works for the homeowner, and it almost never works for someone trying to sell.

Anyone can show up with a water blaster. Few work around your sale, your settlement, your auction date.

That's the standard I built CleanAz around. Show up when we say we will. Move fast when the timeline calls for it. Clean the surfaces that actually move the needle — street appeal, deck, entrance path, roof line. Leave the property in a state that protects it for longer than just the next open home.

Most of our work sits at the intersection of property maintenance and real estate. We work directly with homeowners, but a growing share of jobs come through agents prepping listings — because a clean exterior is the cheapest property uplift on the market, and timing it around an auction date matters.
