Deck restoration

Timber decks weather hard in Auckland. Salt air, UV, foot traffic, BBQ grease. We pull years of weathering off the surface without chewing the grain, leaving the timber prepped clean for re-stain or re-oil.

Roof cleaning

Moss and lichen take years off the lifespan of a roof. They hold moisture against the substrate and accelerate wear — especially on concrete tile and older colorsteel. We treat first, then low-pressure rinse to clear the colony without damaging the membrane.

Heavy infestations sometimes need a follow-up treatment 6–8 weeks out to lift the deep growth. We'll flag this on the quote if your roof needs it.

Exterior house wash

Soft wash on weatherboards, brick, plaster, fibre cement. The right pressure for the substrate, every time. We treat for mould and dirt build-up across the cladding, eaves, soffits, and window joinery in one pass.

Gutter clean & flush

Cleared and flushed so they actually drain. Blocked gutters are the silent killer of cladding, soffits, and foundations — water that should be channelled away ends up tracking down the side of the house instead.

Worth doing once a year minimum. Twice a year if you have overhanging trees.

Mould, moss & lichen treatment

Targeted treatment that kills the colony, not just the surface stain. Most water blasting jobs only remove what's visible — the spores stay in the substrate and regrowth is fast. We treat first, blast second, and the result lasts roughly 3–5x longer.
